The above specifications are for CommsOffice running on a dedicated PC. If other applications are running on the same PC, the specification should be enhanced. It is recommended that CommsOffice is not installed on a company server. This is for maintenance purposes, to avoid disruption during installation and minimise the risk of application conflicts. If CommsOffice is installed on a company server and a conflict or problem occurs, Panasonic/CommSoft will not be liable for any cost involved in moving CommsOffice to an alternative PC, loss of service or data loss.
